Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings and participation in tournaments and events organised by PurePKL (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking or participating, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings & Payment

  • All entries must be made via our official booking system at www.purepkl.com.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure entry.

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

​

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Player cancellations: Refunds are only available up to 14 days before the event start date. After this time, no refunds will be issued.

  • Organiser cancellations: If we cancel or postpone an event, you will be offered either a transfer to a future event or a full refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Player Eligibility

  • Players must be medically fit to participate.

  • By entering, you confirm you are responsible for your own health and fitness.

  • Juniors under 18 must have consent from a parent/guardian.

4. Risk & Liability

  • Participation is at your own risk.

  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained at an event, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

  • Players are strongly advised to carry their own personal accident insurance.

  • The use of protective eyewear is strongly recommended.

5. Code of Conduct

  • All players and spectators are expected to behave respectfully towards others, including officials and volunteers.

  • Unsportsmanlike behaviour, abuse, or failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Event Rules

  • Matches will follow the published tournament format and rules, which may be adapted by organisers if required.

  • The organisers’ decisions are final in all matters relating to scheduling, scoring, and conduct.

7. Photography & Media

  • We may take photos or videos at events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please notify us in writing before the event at events@purepkl.com.

8. Data Protection

  • Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (www.purepkl.com/privacy).

  • Essential details may be shared with event staff for operational purposes only.

​

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
